Binance launches the third Megadrop project - Solv Protocol (SOLV), a Bitcoin staking protocol focused on building a financial ecosystem with Bitcoin at its core. Users can participate in the SOLV Megadrop from 08:00:00 (ET) on January 7, 2025. The Solv Protocol (SOLV) Megadrop App is expected to be launched within approximately twelve hours of this announcement.
Binance will list Solv Protocol (SOLV) on January 17, 2025, at 18:00 (UTC+8) and open trading markets for SOLV/USDT, SOLV/BNB, SOLV/FDUSD, and SOLV/TRY, applicable to seed tag trading rules.
During the SOLV Megadrop:
From January 7, 2025, 08:00:00 (UTC+8) to January 17, 2025, 07:59:59 (UTC+8)
During the BNB locked product snapshot period:
During this period, Binance will take multiple hourly snapshots of users' BNB locked product holdings at random. To maximize BNB locked scores, users can start subscribing to BNB locked products before January 7, 2025, 08:00:00 (UTC+8). For more information on BNB locked products, please refer to the FAQ.
Web3 Task Period:
Users must complete Web3 tasks during this period.

How to Participate in Binance Megadrop*:
Log in to your Binance account;
Subscribe to BNB locked products and/or complete all designated Web3 tasks through the Binance app to accumulate points. Please ensure you have at least one active Binance wallet (non-custodial) to complete Web3 tasks. New users can click to register a Binance account and create their first Binance wallet (non-custodial);
After completing all designated Web3 tasks, click the [Verify] button on the Megadrop page before the task cycle ends to successfully obtain Web3 task points and Web3 task multiplier;
Megadrop rewards are based on final scores.
*Note:
Importing external wallet addresses into Binance Wallet (non-custodial) will not be allowed to participate. Only MPC wallets created within Binance Wallet (non-custodial) can participate in the Megadrop event;
About BNB Locked Products
When calculating Locked BNB Scores, the '30 days' multiplier will apply to all subscription periods less than 30 days (e.g., 15 days) for BNB locked products;
Depending on the subscription period, users can earn different scores from locked BNB products. The longer the subscription period, the higher the Locked BNB Score will be. Please refer to the BNB locked product page for the latest annualized rates and maximum subscription limits;
Users holding BNB locked products will automatically receive new coin mining (Launchpool) rewards while participating in Megadrop, without needing to manually redeem and invest in the new coin mining pool;
Assets in BNB spot products will not count towards Megadrop points.

Terms and Conditions:
Only users who have completed identity verification and are in qualifying jurisdictions can participate in Solv Protocol (SOLV) Megadrop;
During the BNB locked product snapshot period, Binance will randomly take multiple snapshots of users' BNB locked product holdings every hour to calculate users' average BNB locked product holdings score and calculate Megadrop rewards, with daily updates to user rewards;
Sub-accounts cannot participate in the event separately; the subscription amounts of sub-accounts will be merged with the standard subscription amount of the parent account;
Trading bots, spot copy trading, and spot algorithmic order services will be enabled within 12 hours after the above tokens are listed on the spot market. For currently running spot copy trading portfolios, users can enable new trading pairs through [Spot Copy Trading Settings] - [Personal Trading Pair Preferences];
Megadrop reward calculations will support staking Lista BNB (slisBNB) and Lista collateral BNB (clisBNB) in Binance MPC wallets;
Whether users can participate in the SOLV Megadrop will be subject to restrictions based on their country or region. Users from the following countries or regions cannot participate in this Megadrop by subscribing to BNB locked products or completing Web3 tasks:

Users from the following countries or regions cannot participate in completing Web3 tasks: Australia, Brazil, Canada, Cuba, Crimea, Cyprus, Iran, Japan, New Zealand, the Netherlands, North Korea, Syria, the United States and its territories (American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, Northern Mariana Islands, and the US Virgin Islands), and any non-government-controlled areas of Ukraine;
