Antonio Juliano, founder of decentralized exchange dYdX, is stepping down as CEO after seven years. He will transition to the role of Chairman and President, passing the CEO baton to former Chief Strategy Officer, Ivo Crnkovic-Rubsamen. Juliano's future plans remain uncertain. dYdX, with a market cap of over $1.1 billion and $463 million in total value locked, has seen a surge in activity recently, thanks to the crypto market rebound and the launch of its own layer-1 blockchain in October 2023. The exchange also rolled out its v4 upgrade in January, moving from Ethereum to the Cosmos network.
