According to Foresight News, the Arbitrum Foundation has announced that the second phase of its funding program will end on April 3rd, and the third phase of applications will begin on April 15th. The third phase will primarily focus on dApp projects in the areas of gaming, NFTs, social, DAO, and DeFi.

Developers and projects interested in applying for funding during the third phase can do so starting from April 15th.
