According to Odaily, the developer of the popular party game 'Cards Against Humanity' has filed a lawsuit against Elon Musk's SpaceX, accusing the company of illegally trespassing and damaging their property in Texas. The lawsuit, submitted to a state court this week, alleges that for at least the past six months, SpaceX has treated the land in Cameron County as its own. The complaint states that SpaceX, which has acquired other plots near the property, has placed gravel and other construction materials on the land without permission. SpaceX has not yet responded to requests for comment.

The 'Cards Against Humanity' organization purchased the land in 2017 as part of a campaign against former President Donald Trump's proposed border wall, with 150,000 people each donating $15 to support the initiative. The organization claims that the land has remained in its natural state over the years and has a 'No Trespassing' sign to warn against unauthorized entry. The company is seeking $15 million in damages, including compensation for the loss of vegetation on the property.
