This is due to the ability to receive payments in stronger currencies, allowing them to maximize their earnings when converted to their local currency.
Before now, the Cryptocurrency world was more of a man's world, few ladies were part of the Blockchain world, and fewer of these ladies had tech skills that could land them Crypto/web3 jobs.
