These quotes arose from a tweet by David Bailey, CEO of Bitcoin Magazine and the Bitcoin conference organizer. He posted this tweet after it was confirmed that Harris would not be attending the Bitcoin conference at Nashville. People started quoting his tweets and adding their own perspective to it.
