The Shiba Inu community is gearing up for the upcoming launch of the play-to-earn game Shiba Eternity on the Shibarium blockchain. The integration is expected to revolutionize digital gaming and ownership, offering players a more seamless and engaging experience.
Marketing head, Lucie, revealed that to play, players will need to own a Shiboshi non-fungible token (NFT) to utilize for various in-game purposes.

Shiba Eternity, the highly anticipated game, will leverage the Shibarium blockchain to enhance the gaming experience. Shib Games lead Angel stated, “Shiba Eternity will be our first game to fully run on Shibarium. This game will be a big step forward.”
The marketing lead also shed light on BONE and SHIB token utilization. Shiba Eternity will utilize BONE for all blockchain transactions. Each transaction will contribute to burning SHIB, thus adding value to the Shiba Inu ecosystem. This dual utility ensures that both tokens play a crucial role in the game’s economy, fostering a more robust and sustainable ecosystem.
In terms of NFT integration, all cards in Shiba Eternity will be minted as NFTs on the Shibarium network. These NFTs will be stored in smart wallets and can be traded within the Shib Marketplace. Each card’s uniqueness will boost its trading value, making the game more exciting for both players and collectors.
Shiba Eternity will also feature an improved interface, a more enhanced reward system, and a revamped tournament format. These enhancements are designed to offer players a superior gaming experience.
It is important to note that the Web3 version of Shiba Eternity will be available in closed beta exclusively for Shiba Army members who have staked LEASH or hold specific NFTs. This selective access highlights Shiba Inu’s commitment to rewarding its loyal community members.
