SEBI is investigating a complaint against 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐂𝐚𝐩𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐕𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐬 𝐋𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐝, for alleged violations of the merchant banking regulations and active 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐩𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐮𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐌𝐄 𝐬𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐞.
