So #BTC is past $90k & it's quite likely to cross $100k going by the charts and market sentiments.
#DOGE on the other hand will remain unpredictable as only wild guesses are existent, it's not that it'll not touch the $1 mark, but when is the question... Maybe by year end '24. But it certainly got the potential to be devised as multi-utilitarian instrument for future transactions if and only if systematic measures are taken and other security aspects are taken care of.

So how is the market going to react?
Will it be going up or down, it's all a loop of infinite predictions.
But the reality is, research and proper analysis is very much a necessity and a mandatory practice before investing a single penny. Rewards come along with Risks, but one must not be having an attitude of "I know it, it was bound to happen, this is it, etc etc". Just trust your own skills and gather knowledge from whatever legitimate sources you can. Merge your skills and acquired knowledge to make a decision and then invest.
