States compete in the development of Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) more than in the possession of nuclear weapons.
AGI can perform any task at the human level, the next step will be to develop super-powerful AI capable of self-improvement.
AGI will require a $1 trillion data center, which is already being built by Microsoft; Nvidia, Microsoft, Amazon and Google are financing the development of AGI.
