Subsequently, the hacker offered to return 90% of the stolen funds to the Normie team on the condition that they launch a new project to compensate the affected traders. 🔒

2️⃣ Wired: Two researchers assisted a European resident in recovering the password to a crypto wallet containing 43.6 BTC, valued at approximately $2.96 million. 💰

3️⃣ Justice: On May 30, a New York court sentenced Rashawn Russell, a former Deutsche Bank investment employee, to 41 months in prison for cryptocurrency fraud. ⚖️

4️⃣ Immunefi: Since the beginning of 2024, the crypto industry has lost a total of $473 million due to scams and hacks. 💸
