You observe better lows to dca or you leave it going to minimize risk, lowest it can hit for RUNE is around $7.3-$6.9 area, but most important is to understand how long it will continue, since i am expecting it to recover by weekend so i will dca when i see confirm outbreak, Stay tuned and do not panic,
