it is really funny that people are complaining about 1000Sats.
what do you think is the reason behind rising in price of Pepe and Floki?
Here is just one reason and that is the whales. 1000Sats is just unlucky that the whales haven't come to it yet.
whales are making millions from Pepe and Floki, whales would get out of the market once they reach their targets, they would squeeze Pepe Floki and once they are finished they would get out of the market and leave people with them.
Pepe doesn't have any utility, although Floki have some utility but be aware that Floki has an ATH in other exchanges other than binance, there are many people who were stucked with Floki and I think they are waiting for it to reach to the price that they initially bought it, once reached they would sell it off.
