According to U.Today, Shiba Inu lead developer Shytoshi Kusama has addressed the SHIB community, emphasizing SHIB’s superiority over Dogecoin. Kusama referenced the Shiba Eternity game in a tweet, responding to a post by the founder and CEO of the MyDoge wallet. The MyDoge CEO shared a video featuring Shiba Inu dog characters bowing to a superior Shiba Inu character, hinting at upcoming Dogecoin gaming. Kusama responded with a tweet saying, “**Laughs in Shiba Eternity**,” though no further details were provided about the Dogecoin gaming mentioned by the MyDoge CEO. Kusama has previously stated his belief that SHIB will eventually surpass Dogecoin in prominence.

Shiba Inu’s marketing lead, known as Lucie, recently announced the upcoming transition of the Shiba Eternity game from Web2 to Web3. Lucie revealed that players will receive a “welcome pack loaded with in-game rewards” as part of the upgrade. She detailed the rewards, which include various tokens and bonuses, but noted that basic Web2 Shiba Eternity accounts would not be eligible for these rewards. This transition aims to encourage Web2 players to migrate to the Web3 version of the game.

Earlier this week, Shytoshi Kusama also commented on the news about Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin entering a new relationship. Photos of Buterin and his new girlfriend have been circulating within the crypto community, which views this development as bullish. Kusama described the news as “bullish and cute,” reflecting the positive sentiment surrounding Buterin’s personal life and its perceived impact on Ethereum.
