According to BlockBeats, Story Protocol, a blockchain-based IP infrastructure, announced on July 11th that it will launch the global IP blockchain Story Network. The public chain aims to enable creators to monetize their IP - their voice, style, and likeness - in the era of artificial intelligence. Creators can integrate any creative assets into Story, transforming them into programmable IP blocks that anyone can monetize through media and applications.

The Story Network is reportedly based on the Cosmos SDK's EVM L1. Additionally, the network has undergone deep execution layer optimization to support graphic data structures.

Previously reported by BlockBeats, as of September last year, Story Protocol had raised a total of $54 million in funding. The round was led by a16z, with participation from Hashed, Endeavor, Samsung Next, dao5, and Insignia Venture Partners.
