Since January 1, 2023, Bitcoin ( $BTC ) has experienced significant volatility and growth. Early in the year, BTC hovered around $16,000 but surged past $40,000 by year-end. In 2024, the price continued its upward trend, reaching a new all-time high of $73,750 in March. After a brief drop below $60,000 in April, it rebounded, surpassing $100,000 by late December. The halving event in April 2024 contributed to bullish sentiment. Analysts predict BTC could aim for $150,000 by the end of 2025, driven by institutional adoption and macroeconomic factors like potential rate cuts and regulatory clarity.
