📢 *U.S. Court of Appeals Announces Schedule for Ripple XRP Case* 📢

The U.S. Court of Appeals has revealed new dates for the ongoing Ripple XRP lawsuit. According to the notice of appeal, the opening brief will be submitted by March 6th next year, while Ripple Labs, XRP II, and CEO Brad Garlinghouse will respond to the appellant's main brief by April 7th, 2025. In the meantime, the SEC is preparing its main brief before Chairman Gary Gensler steps down.

The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals has confirmed the receipt of the notice of appeal and assigned a case number for Ripple's lawsuit. The court has requested that any motions for relief be filed separately.

Ripple's executives and the crypto community are confident that the lawsuit will be dismissed or withdrawn.
