Uniswap (UNI), a decentralized finance (DeFi) protocol, launched a $15.5 million bug bounty program for its v4 core contracts, making it the largest program in history. Uniswap v4 is a major update that includes novel market structures, a wider range of assets, and a developer platform with hooks for customizing interactions.
The program aims to ensure maximum security and has been extensively audited by firms such as OpenZeppelin, Spearbit, Certora, Trail of Bits, ABDK, and Pashov Audit Group. The initiative is now open to global developers and researchers who can earn rewards for reporting unique vulnerabilities that lead to code changes.
