Dear Friends ,

I have discovered something queer in trading ETC . It can happen only by mal display made by market computer or by any other hacker . It is sure that some one is playing a trick to push me to loss . Either the price is being kept higher than the real market price or I am being compelled to purchase in a fake market which is made by frauds . What should I do ? How can I complain to authority of Binance to cheek these and catch the thief ?

Please help me suggesting procedure to complain .
