INFO about bullruns and dominance

Why are alts not going up? This is for all new to the crypto bullrun, Jedd ... this one is for you 😉

When bull run starts btc goes up to about 70% dominance , then it drops to about 40% thats when top 10 excluding btc start pumping and they give the initial pump for all others to pump . The ETF craziness that happened in March is not regular bull market behavior . I don't know whether there will another pull back before the bananas bull run, nobody knows but this looks pretty good to me right now.
