Dear binancians, I've been trying to contact binance supposed for a long time, but to no avail here seems no way to receive my money.
the other bank has already informed me that they have received the transaction, but are not responsible for whether it is deposited into binance or not.
This has been more than a month now, and binance has done nothing to help me.
