**Blockdaemon Eyes IPO in 2026, Favors Hong Kong Over US**
Blockdaemon, a leading Web3 infrastructure provider, is considering an IPO in 2026, according to founder Konstantin Richter. Speaking to Bloomberg, Richter suggested that the company might go public depending on market conditions in 2025. He prefers listing in Hong Kong due to the challenging US regulatory environment for Web3 firms.
Richter highlighted Asia's growth potential and plans to double Blockdaemon’s staff in the region by 2025. Despite current US regulatory hurdles, he remains optimistic about improvements post-elections.
Founded in 2017, Blockdaemon offers a suite of blockchain infrastructure products, including staking services, to over 400 institutional clients. The company raised $207 million in 2022, valuing it at $3.25 billion.
