The most Bizarre thing that anyone can come across associated with crypto is that Indian crypto exchanges don't allow crypto withdrawals. Yes, you heard it right. The issue is not just with WazirX, it lies with all the Indian origin crypto exchanges.
Reason: A few lame excuses that these exchanges have been using to keep customer funds under their custody and that's not decentralisation. Here are a few:
1. They don't allow the withdrawal since there is heavy pressure from the Govt. officials and Ministers as well to prevent money laundering.
2. Banks won't provide services to these exchanges if they allow crypto withdrawals.
And there are many more. It's quite evident from these facts that these so-called Founders and CEO's are nothing but mere boot lickers of politicians and by any means they just want to control all the activities going on in this country related to crypto.
It's been 26 days since the #WazirX hack.
→ The platform is still not open for trading or withdrawal.
→ No details are provided about the remaining 55% tokens and INR.
→ No information is provided if they were able to track the hacked amount or not.
Victims are taking loans to bear the emergency expenses. Users are missing the trading opportunities.
It's time to stand united and fight against such illegal and malpractice adopted by these exchanges in the name of rules.
