Ripple has to pay less?
Ripple Labs company, the creator of the XRP coin, has been winning the war of civil penalty for selling their coin XRP to institutional investors. The judge has rejected the SEC's asking Ripple to pay $2 billion of penalty and agreed to ask Ripple to pay the SEC an amount of $125,035,150.
