Guys,
I can't help but question all this bullish excitement. If you were institutional investors, would you buy at high prices or push the prices lower to liquidate retail investors and then buy in with full capital at a much lower price? The principle of "buy low, sell high" applies here. Regardless of technical analysis, this is pure logic. While Biden may be out of the picture, Harris has higher odds of winning against Trump.
Expecting a breakout in a continuous 1-hour bearish trend might not be the wisest strategy. There isn't much to mitigate below the last significant red wick, and the lowest point of the flag's leg doesn't look promising either. Remember, if the price starts to drop, there will undoubtedly be weak hands, especially those who got their BTC from Mt. Gox, which will further escalate the bearish momentum.
Additionally, there is a CME gap between $61k and $58k. I'm not claiming to be a success story trader, but noticing the imbalances below and the substantial liquidity just above $50k doesn't make me particularly bullish at the moment.
What exactly is so bullish here? This is just my personal perspective, take it or leave it.
