Data shows that more than 33% of Ethereum’s supply has been staked
Mars Finance reported that the pledge volume of Ethereum (ETH), the world's second largest cryptocurrency by market value, has soared to a record high of 47.38 million ETH, equivalent to 33.9% of the cryptocurrency's supply. According to data from on-chain analysis company Santiment, this figure has more than tripled from about 10.9% of the cryptocurrency supply held in the ETH2 Beacon deposit contract two years ago, and now exceeds $140 billion.
