An anonymous influential investor in the Ethereum network has caught the crypto community’s attention amid building an over $120 million crypto asset portfolio with assets like Shiba Inu.

In a recent post on X, a Chinese crypto market watcher drew public attention to an Ethereum whale whose crypto holding rose by over 79,831,841% in the last 24 hours.

The analyst observed that the whale accumulated various altcoins like Shiba Inu alongside ETH with a value of $77.87 million in under an hour. The Chinese analyst noted that he last witnessed such massive short-time crypto accumulation a long time ago. 

On-chain data from Etherscan confirmed the massive buying spree, indicating most of the inflows came via the Binance exchange. Between 12:46 and 13:40 UTC today, the Ethereum whale bought six crypto assets from Binance, including Shiba Inu, Render (RNDR), Fantom (FTM), Chainlink (LINK), Graph Token (GRT), and PEPE.

This latest round of purchases propelled his crypto portfolio to $120,548,301, according to data from DeFi dashboard DeBank.

Notably, the Ethereum whale amassed 583 billion Shiba Inu tokens valued at $9,678,039 in this latest round, elevating the meme coin to the fourth-largest holding. His biggest holding is in Tether’s USDT ($40.65 million), followed by Ethereum, worth $31.1 million, and meme coin PEPE, worth $9.82 million.

This influential investor also holds other high-value meme coins, such as Dogecoin ($6.95 million) and Floki ($1.5 million). His least holdings are in Worldcoin (WLD) and GALA. Aside from GRT, the whale holds other crypto assets with monetary values of millions of dollars.

Notably, this Ethereum whale created this wallet just six days ago, initially accumulating PEPE, FTM, and MATIC tokens from Binance. These initial inflows were withdrawn three days ago before the latest accumulation spree.
