👀Before the sale, Ventureast owned 3.64% of Zaggle. The timing is interesting, coming right after Equirus Securities gave Zaggle a 'LONG' rating with a price target of INR 400.

📈Zaggle is a big fish in the spends management market, projected to grow to INR 13,900 crore by FY27. After the transaction, Zaggle's shares rose 1.32% to INR 306.15.
