According to Odaily, digital asset financial services platform Matrixport has been selected for the '2024 Global Unicorn List' released by the Hurun Research Institute. The '2024 Global Unicorn List' includes non-listed companies worldwide, established after 2000, and valued at over one billion dollars. The Hurun Research Institute has been tracking unicorn companies since 2017, and this is the sixth time it has released the Global Unicorn List.
Matrixport provides virtual asset trading, lending, wealth management, asset appreciation, and custody services to institutions and qualified investors in multiple countries and regions worldwide. Two years after its establishment, in 2021, Matrixport completed its Series C financing with a valuation exceeding one billion dollars, joining the ranks of unicorns. In 2022, it was rated by CB Insights as one of the top 50 most promising blockchain and crypto companies globally.
