According to Foresight News, Polygon has announced that the AggLayer v1 mainnet is set to launch soon. The company will host an Aggregation Day 2024 event on February 23 at 22:00. As previously reported by The Block, Polygon plans to introduce the blockchain aggregation layer AggLayer in February, focusing on unifying liquidity. AggLayer will allow developers to connect blockchains using zero-knowledge proofs and settle transactions with Ethereum. The aggregation layer will be a crucial component of Polygon 2.0 and will aggregate all ZK proofs from connected chains.
