Pengu might make double Bottom which is bullish pattern, seeing on chart 4 H its looking me like this.
On the other side 1 H might go for inverted Head and shoulder pattern lets see.
Both are powerful bullish patterns,
IF we see on 1H candles it gives clear picture for bulls.
