A motion for a 50M $PHA transfer from the treasury has been proposed to facilitate the transition from Khala to ERC20 $PHA tokens.

1⃣ The funds will ensure a safe and efficient token conversion process.

2⃣ They’ll only be used for moving tokens between networks/exchanges, not for trading.

3⃣ All transactions will be recorded on-chain for full transparency.

4⃣ The unused funds will be returned to the treasury once the process is complete.
