Renowned quantitative crypto analyst PlanB has expressed strong optimism for Bitcoin (BTC), predicting that the leading cryptocurrency is gearing up for an extended period of new all-time highs throughout 2025.
Bitcoin’s Path to Sustained All-Time Highs

“Historically, when Bitcoin hits an all-time high, it often leads to a series of additional all-time highs,” PlanB noted. “We observed this pattern in 2013, 2017, and during the 2020-2021 cycle. Each all-time high serves as a catalyst for many more over the months that follow.”
PlanB highlighted that while Bitcoin reached a peak of $108,000 in December, it didn’t close at that level. However, he remains confident that 2025 will see numerous months where Bitcoin surpasses its previous highs.
Long-Term Price Targets
PlanB’s forecast for Bitcoin’s average price over the next four years is an impressive $500,000, guided by his widely discussed stock-to-flow (S2F) model. This predictive framework compares the total supply of Bitcoin with its rate of production, offering insights into future price movements.
“The stock-to-flow model suggests a 2024-2028 target of an average price around $500,000,” PlanB explained. “But this is not a precise figure. It could vary significantly, ranging from $250,000 to as high as $1 million.”

Upper Band: $1 million (double the $500,000 average).
Lower Band: $250,000 (half of the $500,000 average).
