Happy 16th Birthday #Bitcoin!

On Jan 3rd, 2009 the first Bitcoin block was mined anonymously by Satoshi Nakamoto, and the first transaction was sent to now deceased Hal Finney on Jan 12th.

Satoshi remained active on the project until he disappeared from public forums Dec 10, 2010.
