ZachXBT has helped resolve a URL redirection attack targeting Pudgy Penguins users
Odaily reported that Scam Sniffer published a post stating: "On-chain detective ZachXBT has assisted in contacting Adloox to resolve the previous URL redirection attack targeting Pudgy Penguins users. Based on the analysis, the malicious code has been removed from the latest CDN JavaScript file." Yesterday, Scam Sniffer issued a security alert, as users reported being redirected to a fake Pudgy Penguins website when accessing a certain Singaporean news portal. The investigation revealed that this was part of a larger-scale malicious advertising campaign.
