Well, well, look who’s in trouble now! Craig Wright, also known as Faketoshi, is headed to prison after a UK court found him guilty of contempt for refusing to comply with an earlier ruling. This man has been drenched in crypto controversies for years, claiming to be the inventor of Bitcoin without any concrete evidence.
Despite this, he managed to develop Bitcoin SV and even sued people working on other versions of Bitcoin. However, it seems like his legal antics have finally caught up with him. The judge described his actions as attempting to circumvent the legal system, adding that he is perfectly capable of continuing his public pronouncements once the dust settles.
On the other hand, the crypto community can breathe a sigh of relief knowing that someone who repeatedly tried to mislead and manipulate them is finally being held accountable. As for Craig Wright, maybe he should focus on improving his understanding of programming instead of wasting time with these legal shenanigans.
