is just an excuse in altcoins

D$XRP ecentralization..... does it mean that every token owner has a voice? everyone has a "say" in the best path forward?

What if there was a world where most poeple (95 to 98%) do not choose the best path forward? What if decisions in that world was decided by a consensus of the poeple of that world?

In a world like that, I wonder what path the innovations and ideas would follow.

There might be other worlds though. Worlds where 2 to 5% of the poeple decide the best path forward. i wonder what this world would be like.
