IF THE LUCK STROKE ON YOU TOMORROW?
If you woke up with 50 BTC in your wallet, what’s your first thought? “I have 50 BTC” or “I have $4.5M”? For me, this sums up where we are with crypto’s credibility. Even as Bitcoin and other assets gain adoption, we still tie their value to fiat in our minds.
Crypto is building trust and utility, but we’re not quite at the point where people think of it as independent from dollars. The real question is: will there ever be a time when owning BTC feels like enough, without comparing it to fiat? I think we’re getting there—but we’re not quite there yet.
