Bitcoin reserves on crypto exchanges have reached their lowest level since November 2018. This indicates that investors are moving their holdings to private wallets for long-term storage. Additionally, the growth of spot Bitcoin exchange-traded funds (ETFs) may make the Bitcoin market more flexible, potentially leading to new price peaks.

Despite the dwindling supply on crypto exchanges, there is still at least six times as much BTC available compared to stablecoins, suggesting that investors may have confidence in the market’s recovery.
