BlockBeats reported that on October 11, according to monitoring by Web3 user security network GoPlus, Permit phishing signatures have recently caused losses of more than 65 million U.S. dollars to suspected Shenyu and ContinueFund. Since this attack method can skip the "Approve" link and does not require paying Gas fees, it is disguised as a normal wallet login signature, making it very easy for users to fall into the trap.

GoPlus recommends that users use wallets such as TrustWallet, TokenPokect, and SafePal that integrate security detection services such as GoPlus Security API to update and dynamically detect most Permit phishing signature scenarios in real time, and effectively intercept phishing attacks using Permit signatures.
