BlackRock Launches Ethereum ETF on Brazil’s B3 Exchange 👏🏻
BlackRock is set to list its iShares Ethereum Trust (#ETHA ) on Brazil's B3 stock exchange under the ticker code ETHA39. This listing follows the earlier introduction of its iShares Bitcoin Trust ETF (IBIT) on the same exchange.
The ETF will be available as a Brazilian depositary receipt (#BDR ), allowing investors to access Ethereum, the second-largest cryptocurrency by market capitalization. BlackRock's ETHA recently surpassed $1 billion in cumulative net inflows in the U.S., marking a significant milestone.
The #Brazilian market has also seen the approval of Solana-based ETFs by the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission.
