How to Participate
Click on the [Register Now] button on the promotion page. Publish qualified content pieces (i.e., short posts, long articles, videos, polls, audio Lives or chats) on Binance Square. Get up to 50% in trading fee commissions* from regular and VIP 1 - 2 users’ Spot, Margin, Futures (excluding copy trading) and Convert trade(s) (only Convert Instant orders) when they complete the trade(s) directly after clicking on a coin cashtag (e.g., $BTC) or any of the coin price widgets in one of your qualified content pieces, as per the screenshot below.
Reward Structure
Basic Commission: Every eligible creator receives a 20% commission. This commission is one-time per trade.Bonus Commission: At the end of each week, Binance will rank all eligible creators based on the basic commission they earn, where the top 100 eligible creators of the week can earn a bonus commission as per the table below. Please note that the bonus commission is calculated and settled weekly.

Binance will calculate the commission rewards of each qualified creator at the end of each week, and distribute the weekly commission rewards in USDC to their Funding Accounts by the following Thursday at 23:59 (UTC). Each week runs from Monday 00:00 (UTC) to Sunday 23:59 (UTC). Weekly commission rewards will only be distributed to users when its value is ≥ 0.1 USDC. The final commission will be calculated based on the actual net trading fees incurred (excluding referral commission, VIP discounts, trading fee discounts when using BNB, API broker rebates, and other fee discounts).Users will not receive commissions from trades if any of the following conditions are met:Trades made by users who signed up via referral codes/links (including Referral Lite and Pro).Trades involving trading pairs that do not incur trading fees.Trades executed by market makers or brokers.API trades.Trades from stablecoin to stablecoin.Other conditions that trigger non-commissionable criteria.As there is zero trading fee for Convert trading, we will use an estimated fee rate of 0.1% of the trading volume to calculate the Convert trading fee commissions in this campaign.The current commission does not affect users’ referral commission. 20 марта 2026 года сенаторы Том Тиллис (Tom Tillis) и Анджела Алсобрукс (Angela Alsobrooks) объявили о принципиальном соглашении с Белым домом по ключевому спорному разделу законопроекта CLARITY. Суть договорённости: держатели стейблкоинов не смогут получать доход просто за хранение баланса. Пассивная доходность — под запретом. При этом вознаграждения за активное использование сохраняются: переводы, платежи, операции на платформах по-прежнему могут приносить бонусы.
Алсобрукс подтвердила факт соглашения в интервью Politico: «Мы с сенатором Тиллисом пришли к принципиальной договорённости». По её словам, компромисс защитит инновации и при этом предотвратит массовый отток депозитов из банковской системы. Тиллис уточнил, что итоговый текст ещё предстоит согласовать с отраслью.
Для Circle последствия очевидны: именно на USDC строилась часть инвестиционного кейса компании, связанная с потенциалом стейблкоина как инструмента сбережений. Запрет пассивной доходности закрывает этот сценарий на регуляторном уровне.
Tether идёт на аудит
На этом фоне в тот же день, 24 марта, Tether — эмитент крупнейшего стейблкоина USDT — объявил о заключении контракта с одной из фирм «большой четвёрки» на проведение первого в своей истории полноценного независимого аудита финансовой отчётности. Проверка охватит резервы, внутренние контроли, операции с цифровыми и традиционными активами. В компании называют его крупнейшим дебютным аудитом в истории финансовых рынков.
Глава Tether Паоло Ардоино (Paolo Ardoino) охарактеризовал аудит как шаг к максимальной прозрачности и соответствию стандартам глобальных финансов. Финансовый директор Саймон Макуильямс (Simon McWilliams) уточнил, что фирма прошла конкурентный отбор и уже работает на уровне требований «большой четвёрки».
Выбор момента для объявления — симптоматичен. Пока Circle несёт потери на фоне регуляторных ограничений, Tether демонстрирует движение в сторону прозрачности, которой от него добиваются годами.

🚨 WARNING: SOMETHING VERY BAD IS HAPPENING...
Trump announces "PRODUCTIVE NEGOTIATIONS".
But the truth is that a US-IRAN deal is IMPOSSIBLE.
Tehran denies any negotiations or deals with Trump.
If you hold other assets:

- Crypto
- Bonds
- Or even the dollar

There are a number of fundamental factors that make this deal IMPOSSIBLE:
- Unrealistic US demands: Trump demands the complete elimination of nuclear facilities (Fordow, Natanz, Isfahan) and the transfer of all enriched uranium to the US. Iran considers this a violation of sovereignty.
- Military escalation: Direct strikes on Iran’s nuclear and energy facilities have created a deep trust crisis. Tehran states it will not negotiate "AT GUNPOINT".
- Internal pressure in Iran: After the death of top leadership during the strikes and protests inside the country, the Iranian IRGC leadership is taking an aggressive position to avoid looking like they are capitulating to the West.
And all these factors make the deal IMPOSSIBLE.
And the IMPOSSIBILITY of the deal puts HUGE pressure on markets.
Oil prices are surging back above $115 per barrel.
IMAGINE. $115.
Trump managed to temporarily push oil prices down by easing sanctions.
But this is only 11%, and the oil trend remains BULLISH.
And high oil prices mean HIGH RATES long term.
Why?
Because the FED will not be able to cut rates while gasoline prices are driving inflation.
As for the stock market:
Energy companies (Exxon, Chevron) are rising on the back of high commodity prices.
While the tech sector (Nasdaq) and airlines are falling due to rising energy and logistics costs.
High inflation leads to FORCED LIQUIDITY TIGHTENING.
And this puts heavy pressure on $BTC , as it is the NUMBER 1 RISK ASSET.
Right now, we can observe cascading liquidations of BTC longs.
And if, in the next 4 days (Trump’s ultimatum deadline), a miracle does not happen and the deal is not reached,
Markets will price in a PROLONGED WAR scenario.
Iran has already given a clear answer:
"Until the U.S. lifts all the sanctions and pays the war damages, the war will continue".
And this will lead to a STRONGER DOLLAR, RECORD GOLD, and stagnation in stock markets with extremely expensive oil.
