VIP-363 is up for community voting, proposing the addition of a new Liquid Staked $ETH market on @arbitrum 💫

This proposal introduces a Liquid Staked $ETH pool including markets for $WETH, $wstETH, and $weETH. The proposed risk parameters are aligned with @chaos_labs recommendations.
