Actually, this drop isn't that complicated. I feel like it just rose too much, and it's a normal correction. It's just that this correction has been a bit fierce, and the reasons are as follows!
First, the Federal Reserve doesn't have the authority to purchase reserve Bitcoin at all; it's just a monetary management institution, and the law doesn’t support it buying Bitcoin, which is not a legal tender.
Second, there are many people in this world who aren't interested in Bitcoin. Have you been kneeling for too long, trying to find recognition everywhere? How many years has gold been around, and there are still people unwilling to buy it. Once everyone starts entering the Bitcoin market, it won't be as exciting anymore.
Third, one of the reasons for this drop should be that the expectation of interest rate cuts over the next 25 years has decreased from 4 times to 2 times, and this is not the main reason for this drop. More so, whether it's the US stock NASDAQ or Bitcoin, they both had risen too much previously. The drop is simply because it needed to happen, so it dropped. It's that simple.
