The success rate of this strategy is not high; during sideways movement or small fluctuations, it often results in losses and can easily be tricked by false breakouts. However, once the big trend is grasped, there is potential for significant profit. Overall, the risk is still quite acceptable.

Counter-trend strategy: Open a position when there is a significant rise or fall in price. A typical trader using this strategy is Tortoise and Hare 985. This strategy involves going against the trend and holding until profitability. Because it involves holding positions, the win rate is very high, but the risk is also substantial. The risk depends on the frequency of adding positions and leverage. Tortoise and Hare 985 earned 5 million in half a year, but it only took a week to go to zero. With appropriate risk control, this strategy should be able to generate long-term profits. For example, trader DDBXXB also uses this strategy but has good risk control.

Based on either the trend-following or counter-trend strategy, using hedging can significantly reduce risk. For instance, trader Knotmain seems to imply a trend-following hedge. The risk factor is very low, but whether or not it can make money mainly depends on the long-short ratio and success rate.

As for other traders who make dozens of points a day, it is best not to follow them, as you might blow up your account after just one night's sleep, including the aforementioned Tortoise and Hare 985.
