According to Arkham's monitoring, the founder of the Silk Road on the dark web, Ross Ulbricht, or someone who can access his wallet, accidentally caused the price of his namesake token ROSS to drop by 90% while trying to provide liquidity on Raydium.
Ross attempted to add unilateral liquidity to passively sell the tokens but accidentally created a pool with Raydium CPMM instead of CLMM, resulting in $1.5 million worth of tokens (5% of the total supply) being immediately seized and sold by MEV bots. He made the same mistake a second time, losing another $10.5 million (35% of the supply).
Previously, Ross Ulbricht's Solana donation address received 50% of the supply of ROSS (Ross Ulbricht Fund) tokens from the dev last week.
Despite losing 40% of the supply, Ross still holds 10% of the tokens in a separate address, and the LP was correctly added to Raydium Concentrated Liquidity. (Currently valued at approximately $200,000)
