Yesterday evening, $BTC suddenly plummeted, and I'm a bit confused! What's going on? Why did it suddenly drop? Post-analysis:
1. On the news front, it indicates that the chances of interest rate cuts next year have decreased, which is likely the reason that caused the market to suddenly crash. Various cryptocurrencies are diving, and while everything seemed fine during the day, stabilizing around 100,000 U, it all went downhill before bedtime, truly!
2. On the technical front, the daily chart hit the upper Bollinger Band, which is a minor resistance level.
What will happen next?
I believe the overall market environment and fundamentals haven't changed, and many institutions have invested in Bitcoin. Therefore, judging from this and as an individual, I hope it can stabilize again at 100,000 U and even make a push towards 110,000 U.
For now, we can only wait. If it's a contract, we can reduce the multiplier and position size, while for spot trading, it's best to hold.
I don't think there are major issues, although I'm not particularly certain. But since the fundamentals haven't changed, expectations won't change either. A bit of a cleanse is healthier, as it feels like the market is being manipulated by an invisible hand.
