Stakers from the first phase testnet will have the opportunity to register their stakes on the second phase testnet Babylon chain. The second phase testnet will initiate a test version of the Babylon proof-of-stake chain, which is jointly secured by Babylon and Signet Bitcoin stake, with Signet Bitcoin stake including the Signet stake from the first phase testnet and newly created Signet stake.
