Yesterday two family members got COVID, tested positive, and my throat feels like it's being cut and I have a painful cough. So I basically had no time to check in or analyze. In the past, this would have driven me crazy. This is the advantage of automated trading; I just let it execute. In fact, I have already given the machine instructions to do so, and checking in now is merely for observation. I have completely eliminated the habit of fidgeting, which is great.
Yesterday the 5th wld program automatically took profits, the short entered at 13:30 at sui 4.92, with a maximum drawdown of about 10%. It is currently being decomposed, not far off. In another 3 hours, it will have run for 24 hours. Followers can closely observe the transaction records and will know that this kind of decomposing logic will basically still be stable for exiting profits at the end. It's a matter of time; just let the program continue running, knowing when not to add to positions, when to double down, and when to recover. Moreover, each transaction price is different; this isn’t grid trading, it’s real-time calculations. This should have been reflected in yesterday's explosive increase from Sui. I can see that my positions are always controlled within a theoretically safe range, which can completely withstand the occurrence of a small black swan. The level of control in short positions is much stricter than that in long positions, so I am also very careful when writing logic.
I feel that my automated trading is doing quite well, after all, it's summarized from painful lessons and then written into logic. I hope to gain something from it!
