This marks the third time Berkshire has increased its stake in the company since December 2024, having previously invested $45 million to purchase 234,000 shares from December 17-19, and $28.55 million to purchase 143,424 shares before December 24.

It is worth noting that VeriSign not only leads in the domain registration service sector but has also obtained a patent for applying blockchain technology to domain names, with a gross margin of 88.02% in the third quarter, ranking 11th among the S&P 500 constituents.
